Unless the client’s name is disclosed (provided they have no objection to it) the experience certificate is not worthwhile.

Hi Sunil Kumar, You need to give the letter on your consultancy letter heads only as you are paying them.

Hi
If the employees are deployed by you at your client's site and the client treat them as employee engaged through contractor by including your company as a contractor under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act then you have to issue the Service Certificate in the prescribed format as per provisions of the Act.
The Format is attached for your ready reference.
If it is not then you have to issue the experience certificate in your letterhead in which case you cannot disclose the client's name without their consent.

Dear Sunil Kumar,
The employees may be deployed by you but are working in premises of your client. Your client is the Principal Employer for this purpose under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act .
Thereby the name of Principal Employer is compulsory to have in service certificate. One has to follow as per prescribed format of the state or central, as the case may be.

Dear Divya Vani,
Experience letter formats are shared earlier in this forum many times. Kindly search the same in the left hand side top search topics option.
But what is the connection between your getting married and seeking a draft letter??

Hello Sir,
I have been working in NTPC Ltd since 2012 in Finance dept. through an agency UPL Ltd which is joint venture of NTPC Ltd.UPL Ltd has given the manpower work to a contractor to run the job.
Now when i am asking for experience certificate from UPL Ltd,the HR dept. is denying to provide that. They are saying to take experience certificate from the contractor.Whether the contractor certificate is valueless for me because its a local body not limited company.
Kindly please please help me out with solution i had already applied for 2 jobs on behave of experience.
Thank You,
Regards

It appears you have been working with a contractor and deployed in the joint venture UPL. So the experience certificate cannot be issued by UPL as the experience certificate can be issued only by the employer. If the JV is to issue the certificate then you would have a claim for direct employment. If the contractor issues certificate that you have been working in the joint venture it would be of some help in proving your credentials. Rest depends on the quality of your experience there and other factors.
