Hello HR's !
We have currently, the policy of 1.5 days monthly leave, which is maintained manually in excel sheet.
But now we are taking our leave system in a software where maintaining 1.5 days monthly is not possible;e.
so if anyone can suggest us a good leave policy and also how to maintain it in software.

Leave policy is based on applicable Acts and leave provision is different from state to state. Before you finalize your company leave policy go through your state act & rules pertaining to your company.
