Any payment made monthly or bimonthly is a part of wages. therefore you need to pay ESIC on it. The. Concept of monthly payment of leave salary is wrong in law and highly risky

In fact I was surprised to read your post and ignored the same. I would like to know how you pay leave salary monthly?
It seems you don't allow any employee to avail any leave. Why there is a leave provision in law?
This is your first query on the forum ever since you joined this forum nearly one & half year back. I do not wish to discourage you. I do not know what is your position in your organisation. I do not know whether you are from HR fraternity. If you are from HR fraternity, you are a guide to your employer, you are the adviser to your employer. For that you should able to understand the law yourself, what is right and what is wrong. You need to read a lot. Participate in discussions in forum like this.
