we are having HO in pune, and branch is delhi, and every employee at Delhi location is at level of Dy Manager except contract staff. just wanted to know if we still needs to pay labour welfare fund, i tried understanding notification but it only say employee at managerial level are exempted, can any one help in getting clear understanding for same.
