Dear Sirs,
I am working in construction company. For Example : We have covered one employee in PF and PF basic salary is 8100. Now we want to reduce basic from 8100 to 6000. Because we want to change his CTC.
Please guide me in this matter.

Why you want to reduced Basic from 8100 to 6000 and why not to 5oo or 1000?
How you can pay wages below Minimum Wage Act???
Please see Section 12 of the EPF & MP Act which says Employer not to reduce wages, etc.
