Dear Ajay,
My advice would be to resign your present job after getting the posting orders from the Appointing Authority. However, it depends upon the length of notice period you have to serve in the present organization as per your contract of employment. But, if you are leaving within the bond period after paying the balance amount, there is no necessity for notice. Yet interpretations always change. Better talk to your establishment superintendent. Hope, you would have submitted your application for the post through proper channel. Regarding exemption, it depends upon the policy of the organization. Since it is a State PSU and you are going to join the same State's service, you can make a representation to the CMD of the Transport Corporation.

Try to get it from any State Govt department offices like Taluk Office for it would be in the stock file. Or you may go through the relevant fortnightly bulletin of the State Govt. Gazette.

Sir,
I have met the Managing Director and submitted my resignation on 03.05.2018 and I have explained my inability to serve the notice period as the state govt has given me only 7 days to join the job hence I have joined State Government Judicial Department Job on 04.05.2018.
In my resignation letter I have requested
1. To waive off the 12 months leftover pro-rate bond amount as I am joining the same state government job and I have enclosed relevant copy of State Government G.O.
2. To waive the Notice period as the M.D has the Power to waive off since it was my inability to serve as per the appointment orders of State Government.
Managing Director has now marked it to TSRTC Personnel Department Chief who is processing the Case
Meanwhile My state government Employer is asking me to deposit my Original Educational Certificates which are with TSRTC Management so I have requested State Goverrnment employer who has given me 15 days time.
My problem is how to get my originals back , as per my knowledge TSRTC will return after my final settlement which takes around 2 months time so how can i get the certificates within 15 days PLEASE REQUEST YOUR SUGGESTIONS SIR.
