Hi , this is ram I got EPF amt fully but EPS I got scheme certificate by mistake my company consultant ticked that . I have only 2 years service with that organization Currently I am not working with any organization .I had started my own business .Pls help how to withdraw the EPS amt .

Dear Ram, you can submit EPS Withdrawal Form-10C to your Previous Employer together with your Scheme Certificate surrendering the same

I had given the letter to regional commission to withdrawal the EPS amt and I surrendered the scheme certificate along with the letter .they told they will process it . upto 6 months I had waited and regular follow up with them. They told they got all approvals from accounts department . after that they told pension department is not agreed for it and they told they don't have provision to withdrawal the EPS before 58 years .I scolded them and taken back my scheme certificate. Regional commissioner agreed for it but pension department not agreed pls help me how to resolve.
