I have resigned after 7 years of service and applied for the EPS withdrawal and recieved 49000 Rs as EPS.
EPS contributions are as follows:
2011 : 6492 Rs
2012 : 6492
2013 : 6492
2014 : 8192
2015 : 11516
2016 : 15000
2017 : 15000
2018 : 7500
Total of 7 Years 3 Months, and contribution of 76684 Rs.
what would be the EPS withdrawal as per the Tabled D?

follow the passbook, as EPS claim is not entertained at present, but payable at 58+ of age only

Dear Friend,
If an employee has not completed 10 years in service, he can either withdraw the EPS amount, or take the 'scheme certificate'. If he is still working, but hasn't completed 10 years, this, however, is not possible. He can apply only after he has quit his job, i.e., before joining another company ( 60 days gap is must to apply for final settlement).
Calculation is last Basic+DA drawn*Proportion of wages as per Table D
If your last Basic + DA is 15,000 then calculation is =15000*7.13.
Please go through with attachment of Table D.
