My query is that what if employee have own house. He/
she doesn't need HRA allowance then, is there another option for company to provide the tax benefit to employee instead of HRA component or can employee choose other benefits instead of HRA. Is employee has an option to choose HRA allowance or not. Is it essential that it should be fixed component of salary structure for all companies, Govt organisation or vary company to company.

New Joiner cut off date
Salary template
Pay block
Employee confirmation on - Month or Date
In salary system, what does mean credit on - first day or last day
