Hope you all are doing great.
I am Vishnupriya Dobhal working as an Executive Assistant in a startup company. Since its a start up, i have been asked to present what is HR Lifecycle.
Though, i have very little knowledge as HR department in itself is a very big department.
Can you all please help me out with some suugestions/ideas/SOP etc.
According to me, HR Lifecycle starts from Sourcing till the exit of an employee.
Recruitment-Onboarding-Learning & Development - Career Development - Payroll- Exit
Please help me out with some suggestions.
