Recently i joined in a company. So that i am only the person to handle all the HR operations. So, i will make a new Business Conduct Guidelines for my company. Can you please suggest me how to prepare the Business Conduct Guidelines (BCG). I hope i will get answers from you.

If you are from HR, then you may prepare (a) Induction manual (b) Employee Manual and (c) Code of conduct for the employees. In fact (c) can be part of (b) as well. All the three help in shaping a culture of the company.
How many have heard of Business Conduct Guidelines (BCG) that remains to be seen. Therefore, I recommend obtaining clarification from a person who has concocted this idea!
