I am an officer in bank joined two years ago and now have left the previous job due to selection in state govt.
I have some questions in my mind and i want to share here for my help,during the course of the job i have handled routine job as well as some loan work in bank although while recommending some i have taken full care while recommending loans but in the present scenarion there is a huge pressure on bank employees and there may be some desprecancies found later although it may not going to affect bank financially.
But if any enquiries be set up later in future in my recommended loans then will it affect my present job in state govt.
And any descrepancies found later can pose my present job affected,if yes then what may be the consequences?
