Dear Abdirisaak,
Since you are from Somalia, not many would know the rules of your country. Nevertheless, from a common understanding, I can say that if the death has occurred in the company premises, then you need to order the enquiry and ascertain the causes of death. Enquiry Officer need to investigate the causes of the death. At the same time, you need to intimate the police authorities about the death. Second intimation would be to the organisations that deal with the social security.
If the death is attributable to the employer, then company may ask for the Death Certificate from the kith and kin of the employee.
Whether the death is attributable to the employer or not, the legitimate heir or nominated person needs to be paid the terminal benefits. HR may facilitate so that the process of compensation becomes smooth.
