This is rajeev. Kindly suggest me the salary structure for Rs. 25000 take home which includes basic, conveyance, HRA, medical, statutory, transport allowance & special allowance. Explain it with amount if possible.

Remunerations components Rs. p.m. Rs. p.a.
Basic salary 18000 216000
HRA 5400 64800
Conveyance reiumb. 1500 18000
Med. Reium 1250 15000
Subtotal 26150 313800
Grand Total Monthly CTC 26150.00
The employee will be out of PF cover as his basic salary being > Rs. 15000/ pm.
He is allowed rebate on Conv. and Medical under Income Tax.
Take Home (Excl income taxes + Incl Professional tax)
