Respected Sir, I have show left a employee in july-16 month in ECR. But he is rejoin the company in sept. 2016. Can i continue or no the employee on same epf number.

If You have shown in ECR mentioned date of Leaving, then you can no continew with same EPF No. You have to allot seprate New PF Code with New Joining Date and get it linked with UAN No already alotted.

If the person concerned has not withdrawn or transferred his accumulations, his existing EPF number will continue. P K Sharma
