Dear seniors,
I am 10th week pregnant and on medical leave from last two weeks.
I have requested HR two more weeks leave as I am suffering from frequent vomiting.
HR denied saying being a small company they can not provide medical leave more than three weeks. I have to join back or else resign.
Let me know if the company can deny meducal leave at any stage of pregnancy .
What shoul i reply to the email i have received from HR?
