Dear
As I have already told that wages or salary means basic wage, D A & food allowance or food value. Gross wages are not to be considered under this Act.

Dear Moderator,
If the employer declares bonus/exgratia for the performance in the previous year 2009-10, any employee who has left the organisation in this year 2010-11, is eligible for the exgratia declared. Can anybody clarify?
