Hello here you not mentioned how you get your salary by cheque or cash? And not mentioned about your attendance procedure.

On the basis of this you can ask your previous company to provide salary certificate and your work experience and relieving letter. Here also not clarify about your resignation

Your query is incomplete. Please explain to us why your company is not giving the experience and relieving letter. Is it that you left wIthout completing your notice period ?

Dear Mr.Natraj,
Your query is not adequate to answer properly. Since you have not received any appointment order by the company and no question of anticipating the relieving orders. If you have worked for 1.5 yrs, on what basis. Whether casual, badly worker, or temporary or through any agencies. How you have been paid your salary ? on any register or voucher basis. If your appointment is legally, asking for relieving order is also legal. You come out out with truth to enable us to give our opinion.
