As per our Leave policy employees will be entitled for only one sick leave and one casual leave per month after completion of probation period. I want to know that privilege leaves are necessary in construction industry.please give me inputs on the same.

It appears to me otherwise that your Leave Policy does not permit any leave to the probationers. Leave Policy of any establishment/factory/industry can not run counter to the leave provisions of the Labour Law applicable to it. In the matter of service conditions like leave and holidays, no Labour Law discriminates the employees based on their status of employment such as permanent, probationer, temporary and the like.
