Hi All

I am planing to raise complaint on my boss for not paying me 15 days salary ( sept month). And they didnt provide Reliving letter also.

last month im not felling well that time i sent msg i am not coming 2 days but they didnt sent any reply for me.
After two days before starting office i called to my boss today i am coming. he said u no need to come from today onwards to office. i said ok, then i asked my boss u have to pay for me 15 days salary. for that he said y we want to pay for u 15 days salary we will pay only 7 days salary. u taken lot of leave in 4 months so we wont pay. and he told when u r taking leave u didnt informed me or u didnt sent any mail etc etc.. he asked me. so i told i sent u msg but no reply for ur side. then he started to argue with me u didnt sent anything. wr is the mail he asked. i said i sent u wia phone msg and i taken msg shots and i sent him. befor that his wife( she also owner for that office) started to talk wtever comes in mouth like that. she is telling u r in probetion period u taken leaves and u r not coming properly. u r unfit to work. and she started to tease me and started to talk in unused words.

In that company i work only 4 months. in offer letter also they didnt mentioned should not take any leave nothing. and more over they didnt given me reliving letter also. from that day onwards they r not responding my call or my mail. lot of times i called always they will cut my call and they will send they r busy. before that they done same for my coworker also. suddenly they sent mail to my coworker u no need to come from tomorrow office like that.

So i am planing to raise the complaint against my boss.... pls anyone help me how to raise complaint.

Try to solve the issue amicably by discussing with your boss, if it didn't work for you then you try to file the compliant.

Hi Anamika,
You did not mention which type of employment you were working under e..g it was On roll (Permanent employee), Contractual basis. Did you get any Appointment Letter from your office and how many leaves were allowed you to avail in that letter?
Before file any case you should do homework. Make sure you are not faulty at any point else it will make your case weak.
