Hi, As part of ISO procedures every 2 years we have to find the job content of each position and do a job analysis. Can anyone guide me how to go abt doing this?

The simplest and most practical way for you is to get a copy of the standard Job Anaylsis Questionnaire. If you have this tool, then it will be easy for you to do JA even if it will be required every month.
