I am working in Pvt Ltd company since last couple of years but on april-2015 my project has closed so i am in bench. On 04 May-2015 i have moved to different short term(3 months) project but now after spending 2 weeks i have resigned but my manager wants me to serve entire two months notice period which my new company is not allowing. So i am ready for buyout but my manager is denying.
*********request you to please share the way by which i can release from this company as early as possible.
