Form 2 - Pdf Download

Hi now we are submitting the pf through online, new enrollment in pf also is online only. in this case form 2 is mandatory??? how can we submit that through online??? any one plz explain me abt this

Dear Mr.Srinivasan Filling Form - 2 is not required but recently EPFO have introduced new Declaration Form and i have attached for kind reference. Regards P.Zenthil HRD.
