Advisable to select option of going for HR -profile which you enjoyed working earlier. As you said ,it would provide you " WORK SATISFACTION" All the Very Best Thanks

I suggest to request your present employer to give an opportunity in HR so that your ambition and issue is closed, if not possible then you have to forego any one and ultimately it should be your salary package because your ambition, previous experience & career progression will be in HR.

Dear All,

Thank you so much for your valuable advice. I absolutely agree with your opinion that I should select hr profile. But the problem is whenever I try for hr job I didn't get opportunity, even my CV also not shortlisted due to my current designation is 'admin executive front office'. If someone consider my CV & call me for interview then the only interviewer or employer can get an idea about my hr knowledge but my bad luck its not happen.

Actually, I had a word with my hairy head also. He assigns me some hr work and gave me assurance that he will observe my work & after six months he will give me a chance to work in hr department. He empress by my work & promise me that he will talk to senior authorities regarding changing my designation & department at the time of yearly appraisal. But again, my bad luck at the time of appraisal my hr head left from the organization.

When I again talk to my new hr head regarding all this situation he told me that he don't want to recruit anyone new in hr.

he is ready to assign me hr work but without changing my designation & department.Again, he also wants to observe my work for next six months and I don't think so it will be happen,

As per my last experience. I don't have any hope form my hr regarding this. It means I have only one option that try outside for hr job.

Kindly advice what to do for gets the hr job.

Thanks & Regard

If you are really passionate to work in HR –profile and think would not be getting opportunity in future in current organization then it is better to leave current profile.
Before leaving current job start hard searching for HR –profile job by highlighting key HR skills/exposure you are having. Please don’t leave the job without any other option in hand.
Valid justification of having hard core interest in HR & only HR can be shared with interviewer at time of face to face interaction anywhere.
Situation of compromising with salary would occur, but in order to have satisfied HR profile and carrier ahead sacrifice can be done for a time being.Once you get chance it will work automatically.
All the Very Best

Hi every one ,

Here i am once again for your valuable guidance. as per Hr@Glance advice i apply at a lot of companies for hr job. with in last week i got one interview call from consultancy . the opening was for a construction company . before attending interview i had already confirmed with consultancy guy that construction company is shortlisted my CV for HR Profile & they are ok with my current designation (front desk).but when i attend interview. that interviewer doesn't ask me a single question related to Hr. she just ask me about my current profile & designation only & then told me to wait . after one hour she told me to leave for the day & they will intimate me what will be the result .after this experience i am getting nervous . within this two three month i apply in lot companies but i didn't got any call. please advice me for getting hr job or you also think that no one will consider me for hr profile just because of my Current designation of Front desk Executive.

Thanks & Regard
