The Policy, in English; uploaded by you seems to be based on Vishakha guidelines are thus are now out-dated.
Kindly refer to the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The Policy should be based on this Act now; and thus several provisions enshrined in the Act have not been incorporated in the Policy as submitted by you; thus making it infructuous and defective; and thereby making such organization liable for punishment.
