i am working in private limited company in Gujarat. we are going to put a new factory ( division of Gujarat base company ) in Tamil Nadu.Please advise me what to do for .. Registration of Company and to start a factory... We are going to make essembly unit only in Tamilnadu and only 9 workers will be appointed there...
Please give me some Ideas regarding the same.

2 Shops & Establishments , Labour Welfare
3 Professional Tax
4 Employee State Insurance(ESIC)
5 Provident Fund(EPFO)
6 Central Sales Tax & VAT (TNVAT and CST)
7 Service Tax Registration(ST)
8 Excise(CED)
