Greetings for the day
I am working with one of the private bank for last 1 y 8m and I am a confirmed employee. Now I have got the job in another bank but they want me to join immediately. When I asked for solution from HR department they didn't gave me any solution but asked to serve mandatory three months notice period. Is there any solution to my problem ?
