Well, You can ask for the relieving as well as experience certificate from them and in case they deny then you must having the appointment letter and the termination letter having mentioned the date along with the bank statements where the salary get credited that you can show to the new employer to show your work experience and the last salary drawn by specifying them as for the reason xyz you were dismissed.

Dear Member,
Not withstanding the background and the reasons of your dismissal, no body would suggest you to go through the relevant rules of yur state. But please understand that no company/management however bad they may be would simply issue the dismissal unless they have solid reasons. to do so. Instead of taking the legal route or rules and regulations, the best course of action is that you may go back to previous company and discuss with HR/management if you show sincerety in your approach in repenting the circumstances you were placed under dismissal.
If you are absolutely truthful and honest in your work with unblemished remark then send out a registered letter in consultation with a lalwyer. It all depends on the tenure of your employment and your position there.
All the best.

What rule you require ?? As rightly told by Mr. V Rangarajan your query is not full to advise.
If a person is dismissed/terminated the termination letter itself is a relieving letter, with regards to increment payment and medical allowance if any would be incorporated in salary itself. For leave salary how much earned leave where in your credit last but not the least with regards to experience certificate you have to approach your previous HR.

Generally an employee dismissesfrom service on account of misconduct. In such case employer ceases all the benefits of the
employee except the salary due to him. While isssuing
the Dismissal Notice/letter
the cause of dismisal and
effective date is mentioned
and no relieving letter is
separately given. Even the
experience letter is given
on request, cause of
dismissal will be mentioned
and and having such certi-
ficates will not be useful.
However the employer can be requested for the Service
Certificate as advised by

Dear Member,
You have very calmly mentioned that you have been dismissed from the service without mentioning the reasons thereof. You are not entitled for any monetary benefits other than monthly salary. The management has taken right action in disallowing the monetary benefits. As regards your claim for releasing certificate and experience certificate in concerned, I agree with Eswararao Ivaturi that even the experience letter and relieving certificate is obtained mentioning dismissal, the same will do more harm than good. The only option left with you is that you should approach the management (HR Dept) and humbly requesting them to issue experience letter and relieving certificate without mentioning reasons of your dismissal.Even if they refused to issue such experience letter and relieving certificate, you have nothing to loose because the maximum damage has been done by them.My sympathy is with you.

Dear Member,
No one can hold your relieving certificate and experience certificate if you have no any issue pending at organization. But in most of case, the causes of terminations are results of not deliver the expectation of management. Sometimes it is also cause because you are not deliver results as per your KRA.
Most of HR are not give headache to you while you are left the organization but you should keep your point with very decency to HR.
Our sympathy with you and god help you in find your next job early.
Best wishes....!!
