In the pvt ltd company, If employee gave voluntary resignation and he complete his 4year,11month,29days job in the company; at that time he is liable to get gratuity or not???

Yes sir, he will get gratuity as because in the 5 th year of his service he is completing 11 mths 29 days service. If you take reference of " Continuous Service" under payment of gratuity Act, you will find that in the 5 th year he is completing 240 days sevice with the company.

employee working 4yrs, 11months & 29day working this only 1 criteria bt on other hand if he/she not working min 240 per annum working days its not applicable for the gratuity act............
so for that u r check the working days for gratuity act
