i am resign & the resign was accepted by DGM HR, i am clear my dues by all the department heads, no dues on me, when i call the company HR manager & executive they are not clear & says your F & F stopped by VP .

You should ask the reason to stop your F&F and not who has asked to stop it. Ask your HR that it can be understood that VP asked to stop the F&F payment but have s/he mentioned any reason for it?
