My previous company has not completed full and final settlement since September 2016. I had sent one legal notice in December 2017 and several emails. Please advise, can I still file a civil case to recover my dues.

There is a limitation period of three years as per the Limitation Act 1963 from the last date the claim was sent. Therefore, please review the emails and letters that were sent to the party and seek advice from a legal advocate to file the claim.
