I am due for my certification of Learning and development , and i have to conduct an hour long training module on Campus to corporate - i have to equip participants with two most vital skills you to be able to survive in corporate world... at the end of the hour all of them need to be really confident and what they can use those two skills to help them survive and even thrive in the corporate world
