Hi,
I am working with a Recruitment Consultancy in Business Development team.One of our IT client want us to provide the Manpower but on our own Payroll.
Can anyone help men out what will be the procedure for this and what would be the Terms & Conditions for the same.As my company has never worked in such kind of services, I would really appreciate if anyone can provide me the process for same.

There are two ways to providing staffing services to the company First is like as below mention
If any company provide you the manpower on your payroll , then these will be the main term and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Charges:
• 8.33 %of the annual CTC, for executive level.
• 10.5 %of the annual CTC, for people to be placed in the managerial cadre
Billing:
• The billing will be done within a week of the candidate joining the company and the payment will be made within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
• Service tax will be billed extra as per prevailing Government of India regulations.
Service Agreement:
• In the stray case that the candidate joins and leaves the company within 3 months of joining at middle and senior levels and 1 month of joining at junior level, we would search for a suitable replacement and not bill the company for the assignment
• We will undertake reference and background check of candidates prior to joining.


Second one is

When company will provide you the manpower on their own payroll , I am sharing a example of the term and conditions for that
