Immediately u should buy a book on "LABOUR LAWS' by Prof. HL Kumar. u continue to read it. This will be of immense help to u in understanding Labour Laws in India. Also buy one full set of all Acts and Ruls and keep reading.U may get back to me for any further guidance on Labour Laws understanding.
