Dear All,
Please let me know the legal process to follow to terminate absconding employee.
I would be thankful for your suggestion in this regard.
Can employer directly terminate any absonding employee?
Can employer face any legal obligations in this regard?

Dear Santosh,
Kindly send him warning letter on both his permanent address & present address through Registered AD stating his period of Absense and ask him to return of duty within 3 days of receipt of this letter otherwise management will assume that he has lost interest in job and will be forced to terminate him.
