Dear Sir,
Thanks for the post. Its a very good one. Similarly if any body can provide with the format of Service Book with its ingredient for the employees it will be very useful for the total community of HR Employees.
Hoping that seniors & experts will com with an answer as soon as possible.

  • The handbook will be extremely useful. Thanks for sharing it with all of us. But, as far as possible HR / Mgt. should be skillful enough to be able to motivate the employee to tender his / her resignation so that the rigmarole of disciplinary action could be avoided.
