Hi,
First time in my career i got terminated from job (three days after completion of probationary period), employer terminated verbally and not even ask me to submit resignation, anyway i got the new job very next day because of my profile, But i want to recover my pending salary by asking them politely and by taking legal action.
Need some support from forum contributors and experts.
1 - in that case *i am not sure but i guess according to contract letter i am still employee of a company* because of no resignation/termination document.
2 - with positive thinking from today i started sending email to my employer about salary with the attachment of previous balance salary email.(Salary for Sep 2012 and some balance amount of Aug 2012 salary)
3 - i am planing to send daily one reminder email to admin/accounts department/a person who financed and always asking for work report during employment, this is my positive way of getting my pending salary. (will not send daily new e

(will not send daily new email, will forward same email with copy of last day email)i am not sure will this help me in future in case i will take legal step.
4 - should i face to face ask for termination letter?
5 - should i submit resignation in case they refuse termination letter?
6 - is it legal to post blog/review with attachment of email as well as snapshot of sent email folder on personal website.
7 - i have all email records which i sent them during my employment will this help.
8 - with (positive discussion with them), daily email, what else recommended for me in case they will force me to take legal action.
9 - how much time will it take to complete legal procedure till final decision by Judge (i don\'t know who will give final order to me or my employer.
