Dear All
One of my best friend was working in a MNC from last 16 years. One day one of his colleague causes death to him out of company. Now how many benefits his family can get from company & other concern authorities. like Pf, welfare, medical policy etc.
Thanx B/R

sir,
My unmarried uncle was working in a cinchona plantation department west bengal..His parents too were deceased.. since he was unmarried I was nominated by him to get his PF amounts...Though he has his siblings but he has nominated me (Nephew). He deceased while working at the age of 46 in 2001. I got his job after him but even after 12 years I have not received the PF amount...The office people says I need to produce a succession certificate which will cost me about Rs30 thousands....The amount of PF is about 2 lakhs 35 thousands....is it necessary for me to produce succession certificate? m i not eligible to get this amount although being a genuine candidate??
Can u please confirm me m I eligible to claim this amount?
my contact number is 918145862404
can u send me some G.O s which i can show to the office people to prove my claim is right.Or what would i do to receive the amount??
