Hi Sumita,
First of all you need to sit down and evaluate your learnings from our PG course. You need to go back and recall what do you remember and in which field of HR you are strong in.
You don't need to get scared for applying jobs in market because no person in corporate world in perfect.
If you think that yo do not know payroll, Training and development and others then i suggest you that you frequently login into Citehr and go through very query and suggestions posted by our hr friends. you will get to learn. Also i suggest you that you should search the google by putting 1 topic everyday about HR and studying about it which enhance your knowledge.
Also increase your network with HR professionals which will help you to learn the issues and problems faced by them and also the steps taken by them to overcome these issues and problems.
Also keep on applying in job portals and try searching in your network for HR job. Everything has a right time. Its just that you need to keep trying for it. Till you don't get your job keep learning and enhance your skills n HR by logging into internet and studying about HR practices.

Thanks seniors.can u share with me your first experience in first job from whom you got to know the work because in midsize company, usually they hire one HR people.Nobody will be there to help you.
I think most difficult thing firstly is to enter the job.
One more thing is I am thinking to do a training on HR .Can u people suggest me some good training institute in Delhi.I found some training inst. but confused that which one will be good.some of them are working on - payroll,CTC design, statutory compliances, laws, ect. But one of them is telling that these are the clarical kind of job. Good companies use to get it done from consultants or by the account departments. What they are telling that We focus on -
Business understanding,
Recruitment system,Talent mgmt.,
performance mgmt.
Learning and competency development ,
HR quality process,
HR soft skill, payroll & statutory HR system,
Policy & process Design
can anybody help me to choose the training inst.
And what is the real picture of the industry

Dear Sumita,
If there is no senior means you have scope to learn by own and get credit for your good work. I am saying this by my personal experience because when i joined my first company, there is no senior HR is there, even i am first hr of the company and this experience thought me a lot and Google & Citehr is become my senior.
Nothing is impossible, go for it, you can do it.
Thanks

Hi Seniors
Its a big debate how a person manage his/her new job and get succeed in life but my point of view about this matter is if u are working with a potential and energetic team than u can learn more in less time and will be a practical person.
so be a part of team and learn more.
