Hi Vitthal, before getting sample appointment letter it is really important to know the difference between Employee and worker and I respect and appreciate that have raised the same question with your request for Appointment letter

Employee is a person who is hired to provide services to a company on a regular basis in exchange for compensation and who does not provide these services as part of an independent business. But there is not much difference between employee and worker but many things such as Emoluments/Salary & Benefits, Duties & Responsibilities and so on.

Even there is no such difference specified by the Acts as we having "Workman Compensation Act 1923" which applicable to both (Employee & Worker). Also I advise you to go through the section 2(n) of the said Act once where you will get the definition of WORKMAN.

But there is an article which can give you the light on the same, please go through it once Difference in rights between employees, workers and the genuinely self employed
