Hi Yash, firstly ..... you are leaving ur job bcz of salary issue.... but ur saying that ur salary has also been increased.. would like to know wat is the issue, if u dnt mind. is it lesser salary offered even after increase ? or is it delayed salary transfer ? or something else.
secondly, are you actually good enough that they might want to retain you ?
thirdly, their qts will not be stupid. they have to run a company that is made up of people.
if you are so confident of urself, i think tell them the reason clearly. and even if they try to retain you, its not compulsory for you to stay. the company will still continue its operations even after you. and your content written does not indicate any level of attachment you would have with your company. so, be clear and discuss things openly with them

Hi Yash,
It's good you are moving to next company...it's nothing new for company and management people come and go..it is part of life ...but to make company as better place to work mgt have to do discussion with outgoing employee ..if employee is good defiantly they will try to retain...but no one will force employee to stay....
It's your call that you want to move ahead. You should be confident and give your honest feedback (if asked). Regarding reason for leaving there are many professional words ..most used is better career opportunity and personal reason.
It is proven fact that most of the employees do not leave org for money there are many other factors behind it.

Hi ashlesha,
there is no salary hike till now.
Hike will be done in july.
Yes i am handling a project independently and also good impression on client.so may be company may try to retain me.
Other thing is during joining i verbally told them that i will try to stay for one year so may be they stratch over this.
And the offer i got is really good in all aspect.so i m eager to join this bloody company who offered me less salary than my previous employer.I had to join this under some poor conditions.
Now i m not willing to stay here anymore so i just want to tell them lie that i am leaving because of study\business.

Dear Yash,
I can understand the frustration that you have in job switch over.
If you wish to earn more, Better switch over to next company - but do remember, If you dont settle at 1 place for a decent enough time, then your CV does not felicitate for future higher Top management posts. Also learning may be vast but not in detail, where you many not be full pledged to handle in future.
I suggest, If you need money, switch 2-3 companies in 1 to 2 years and settle in 3rd company for long time.
Now, coming to your query
Take a long 5 days medical leave, then give a fake medical certificate on 6th day, that you have abdominal problem and doctor has asked to do operation and take 45 days rest and not to strain and due to this you want to stay away from work.
Else, Inform that you are moving to native and going to take over your father or in laws business.
Hope this suffixes your requirement

Simply put it like this;
As I have located better prospects elsewhere, I have decided to tender my resignation from the services of the company w.e.f. xxxxxxx. Request you to release on or before xxxxxxxx as per the terms of appointment letter.

Dear Mr. Yash,
After going through your post, i understood that
1) You are not satisfied with your SALARY PART"
2) You are happy with your ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
3) You are NOT REFLECTING - MATURITY LEVELS in your PROFESSIONAL LIFE.
The point is, why are you not trying to be honest in your transactions? You need to talk to yourself and sort out your own issues rather getting confused. Forget about company on the whole, its all about your
A) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES,
B) PRODUCTIVITY/PERFORMANCE LEVELS,
C) PAY FACTORS and
D) EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATED WITH YOU
These attributes defines your JOB SATISFACTION LEVEL.
"Whatever you think you are, you will be. If you think you are WEAK, you will be WEAK, if you think you are STRONG, you will be STRONG" Implement this proverb in your life and don't take decisions in STATE OF EMOTIONS. Balance yourself and MANAGE yourself MUCH BETTER.
Good luck.
With profound regards

follow wat pon1965 says. dnt give too many fake reasons. i guess the company will also be happy in the long run to know that u r not a part of it anymore.
you have taken up this job bcz of some conditions and situations you faced.
nothing personal, but i would have never invested time in any person who says in the first place that he will TRY to stay with me for 1 year.
in a way, all replies to this post also reflects to what extent can a person go to give fake reasons for leaving.
all the best to all ... !!

This is neither the right way and nor the right approach. Your employer will get to know the truth in due course of time. What will you do then? It is advisable to tell the truth. Remember, you may need to give references of your current employer to your future employer(S) and that time they will say that you lied. So, speak the truth and keep it clean.

I believe there is no reason to lie to the company. You must clearly state that you are moving for better prospects. No body can hold you against you wish. You have to be strong to fight your own battle and not hide behind silly excuses.Do remeber you have given a comitment, may be verbal to stay for a year and now u are backing out. Don't add further lies. Face the matter upfront discuss the real reason for your leaving and be firm in your decision to leave. It would be good for you and the company too. Nobody would like to retain an unsatisfied employee.
Best of luck.
