I have applied for PAN number years back and recieved it but till date never recieved PAN card. While checking online the details of my PAN number I found thet thae spelling of my Name and even my date of birth is wrong in the PAN number details. Can it be rectified if yes, then how? If no, then what I have to do to get a new PAN number and card.

If your name or date of birth is wrong in your Pan. Then you can call the pan office or to the office where u submitted your application and esquire regarding your Pan status. If not you can apply new pan card by explaining your previous experience. Check the below website for more dtails. You can also submit your form online.
