hiii.... i appointed as new HR Executive and i have to make appointment letter of telecaller and field worker, but the problem is they are working for long time and yet they dont have appointment letter as no HR was there previously. so PLZ HELP ME

6. In case there is any change in your residential address, you will intimate the same in writing to the personal department/manager within three days from the date of such change and get such change of address recorded

7. You are not allowed to take leave without permission.

Tripti, what I think is that you should not issue the appointment letters to the old employees as their roles and position must have changed from the time they joined in. And issuing a backdated offer letter does not make a sense.
you can start the practice of issuing the appointment letter for the new joinees.
