I have already done a Gap analysis of the leadership competencies the managers have and the one they should have and I am still working on it , I would like to ask you where do you provide the training because we are looking for training partners located either in Pune or Mumbai as that is preferable for this company . Kindly let me know if that will be ok with you and if possible please let me know what is the training fees for a group of 12 managers . I will give you all the reports that I have made out of the assessments that the managers went through to help you .
