Dear All,
Please give your opinion. I am working as HR executive in a company. Everyone has a personal notice board on the desk. Should I put my Job description or daily work schedule on the board?
Regards,
Neha

According to me personal notice board must be used for your help in work, creativity and motivation. It can also be used for organization mission, vision and values. By notice board you should try to make your work area live, colorful and radiating positive energy not only for you but others also...

No, I don’t have a habit to forget, but definitely, i want to prioritize my tasks. As such there is no particular reason for this.

you can surely past motivational thoughts and pictures on your desk. you can paste some material for work which require quick access such as imp contact numbers, daily/weekly updates you are supposed to do.
