I am working in a company from last 6 months. Now I have an offer from a logistics company (CHA). please guide me whether its good to change the field from printing & packaging to logistics or not. And is the future is bright in logistics.

1 more thing I want to ask is that I am not getting the payslip , and the appintment letter is of four months after the date of my joining. Above this My salary is also been deposited in cash in my Saving A/c . this is also the reason I want to end up with this company.
Please suggest me , how I can get a proof of my employment. Coz I will require it at the time of joining other organization.
