The LTA , is applicable for only a certain grade of people , eg TL , AM and above , Also Its amount also varies .
For a TL grade x amt can be fixed and for above Y amt . The LTA was taken only a year end , but now a days LTA can alos be taken monthly , wherein certain amt will be added to our account , howvever this will make your taxable income to increase.
