Hi i have heard that in case if a new joinee is unable to submit his relieving letter then some companies make him to fill up some forms in which he confirms that he has been relieved by his prev er.....By doing this what a co ensures is that if sum prob crops up 2morrow bcoz of the relieving letter the undertaking signed by the ee acts as a proof and the ee will be held responsible...............................
Plz i urgently wanted a format of such letter/undertaking...........Plz its part of my summer project..............plz help me ...its damn urgent....
