I need guideline on following topic.

My Past company does not provide me Form No 16.

My past company had deducted more than 30000 Rs as for Income Tax from my Salary after than I have joined the new company. I have received all my remaining full and final amount from that company but Form no 16 was pending.
I have been in touch to the past company since last three month through mail and requested so many time to provide me form no 16 so that I can file my Income Tax Returns. Without Form no 16 I can not file my IT Returns and claim for my deducted 30000 Rs.
Now HR person of my past company does not even pickup my Phone. What should I do??

Please note that my Past company was MNC and there is no any space to think over the submission of deducted Income Tax amount of Employees in to Income Tax Department. They may Regularly submitted This Amount to IT department but The Question is not to Provide the From no 16 to the past Employee.

Is there any Way to come out this problem or any guideline to complain in Income Tax department.

Hi,
If you are asking about you form 16 from your past company, then they should provide after the one month of financial year. Means you should get from 16 after 31st April 2010 for the AY 2009-2010. Also if Tax is deducted from your salary, then they should give the form 16. Even if they are not providing the same, then write e-mail to your HR and Account dept keeping CC to Income Tax department. You can get the e-mail ID from Income Tax official website. I think this will help.
