Hello Shina,
An activity depicting teambuilding is as below:
1.)Form two groups
2.)Hand over bunches of newpaper to both
3.)Have one scissor and cellotape common between them
4.)Ask them to make the tallest tower and the one with tallest will be the winning team
5.)Allot 10 minutes to them
6.)Observe the activity of each member in both the teams and comment after the activity is over
The comments can be on:
-Usage of the resources
-Leaderly role
-Followers
-presence of mind
-acting as team/individual
-Involvement/interest etc.
Thanks,

Hi Shaina:
You could go through old posts as mentioned by most of the group members. You may also want to do a google search on the same. On various occasions I have found games that have been appropriate to that session.
You may also want to search on thiagi.com.
Do let me know if you need any further help.

Hi Shaina
there are various management games and activities on the market that enable individuals and groups to experience real life simulated scenarios in a classroom. However before using them you must be very clear what you want people to experience, or what the outcome will be related to the groups development. Individuals do not like playing games for the sake of playing games. My company uses many management games during training and they are successful because they are clearly liked to objectives and enable individuals to develop specific competencies.
